How long will it take for my print to arrive?

If you live in Australia and you have ordered an unframed print, your print will take around 5 business days to arrive.

If you live in Australia and have ordered a framed print it will take around 3 weeks to arrive.

If you live internationally and you have ordered an unframed print, please allow up to 6 weeks for your print to arrive.

Please keep in mind shipping times are not guaranteed.

If you live internationally you can only purchase unframed prints, framed prints are not available outside of Australia.

Why haven’t you painted (insert city here) yet?

I completely understand that everyone has cities that mean a lot to them. Fear not those who live in Australian capitals, the next round of the Acknowledgement series is already underway! If you would like a custom artwork of a city you love, or have a suggestion for where I should paint next, please send me an email.

What do I do if my print is damaged?

If your print arrives damaged please notify me within 24 hours to receive a replacement print.

I don’t like my print, can I return it?

Due to the artwork being exclusively printed and framed for each order, returns are not accepted. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, notify me within 24 hours to receive a replacement print.
